All foreign students need a student authorization to study in Canada. The Canadian government has a special arrangement with the United States. If you are a U.S. citizen you can obtain a student authorization from Canada Immigration on the day you cross the border to come to college. When you arrive at the Canadian border you will need the following:
- Personal identification (passport required)
- Letter of Acceptance from Pacific Life Bible College
- Citizen and Immigration Student Information Form (from PLBC)
- Proof of financial support may be required (a letter from parents guaranteeing support and/or a bank statement from you or your parent's account showing you/they
have sufficient funds to support yourself while studying in Canada). - $125.00 Canadian funds (Canadian Student Study Permit fee)
