In order to reserve your dormitory room, a $150.00 reservation/damage deposit fee is required ($100 of this deposit is refundable at check-out [if room is left in good condition, keys, and passes are returned]).
Once this form is complete you can proceed to pay your deposit online with Visa/MC. If you would like to pay by cheque, please mail it to the PLBC office.
